A fantastic price for an anti-allergenic children’s pillow and duvet combo.  Both are made from polyester hollowfibre filling which can make kids hot and isn’t the most natural choice. But the good news is with this children’s bedding is that the covers are 100% cotton which is what makes this product stand out from many of the other cheaper kids’ pillows and duvets out there.  

My little one seems to get hot and sweaty at night for no reason at all – maybe it’s all that growing he’s doing or too many bedtime stories going round his head of fighting off pirates and fierce dinosaurs.  Anyway, the cotton in this makes it feel cooler and it’s a much more natural fibre to put next to his soft skin.

The pillow might be flatter than you expect but don’t judge it by adult standards as it’s better for little heads and shoulders.  Good for side and front sleepers and my son is also now quite as happy to sleep on it on his back with no complaints.

The duvet is soft and light which is perfect – it’s a tog level 4 which is a summer-type tog rating but good for kids so they don’t overheat.  

Even better, both pillow and duvet have been treated with anti-allergy and dustmite protection, so great in case of asthma or allergies – just make sure you continue to wash or freeze them every few months to keep them dust-mite free.

Overall – better than the competition and brilliant value.  5 stars!
