If you’re looking for an all-round strong performer, this is an excellent choice. It calls itself ‘perfect balance’ and it is pretty much exactly that: a pillow which has just the right amount of thickness and bounce whilst still being soft enough to feel truly comfortable.

Your head dissolves into it, yet feels supported throughout the night by the pillow’s depth. According to the manufacturers, the filling (‘Lysoft’) is supposed to keep you cool and wick moisture away from the body like linen. I can’t vouch for that but it did give me a very good night’s sleep. Ultimately, it’s a soft, supportive and non-fussy pillow which doesn’t need to be ‘doubled-up’. Oh, and it’s washable too.
