Heavenly!  This attractive glass bottle filled with calming essential oils feels like such a treat.  The scent is more like a room spray to me than a pillow mist but I am very happy to spray it around our bedroom as it really has a lovely relaxing and calming effect.  The air smells sweet and fruity but also with hints of lavender.  I particularly like it as it doesn’t have the strong lavender smell so many bedtime products have.

At £19.50 for 100ml I would use it sparingly though, only a couple of squirts are needed for it to last and it’s not priced to be used like an air freshener!   This would make a lovely gift for Mum, Grandma or a friend.  Alternatively, why not treat yourself if you are having a little trouble going to sleep, it will make your bedroom smell glorious!

Ingredients: Alcohol, aqua/water, polysorbate 20, parfum/fragrance, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, citrus aurantium bergamia (bergamot), fruit oil, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) oil, citrus nobilis (mandarin orange) peel oil, pelargonium graveolens flower oil, limonene, linalool no bha, no bht, no edta, no formol or formaldehyde, no mineral oil (oil-free), no parabens, no phenoxyethanol, no phtalates, no silicone, no synthetic colorants, no triclosan.

Which is the best pillow mist or pillow spray? We liked this one best as a gift as the bottle and packaging is indulgent and looks expensive.  May not be the ultimate sleep solution (use the ‘This Works’ spray for that) but we think this L’Occitane one is the perfect bedtime / sleep gift.
